During our initial Orientation on Sunday, January 15, 2012, you will given your access key and 8-week membership to Anytime Fitness, which is included with your entry!  Please use this facility at any time, in addition to the Boot Camp classes, for the duration of the Challenge.


ORIENTATION

Groups 5, 6, 7 & AT HOME OPTION participants

Come up, sign-in and fill out your paper work.
For those of you that paid by Credit Card you
can pick up your receipt.  Will will have a brief
Orientation to explain how the Six Pack Challenge
 works. Plus you can meet with your Trainer
Jermail Porter and ask questions. Your
Photos will be taken, you will weigh-in and
get your Anytime Fitness Key Card.



These Boot Camps are being held during this time strictly for YOU!  No one outside of this challenge will be permitted to attend the classes.

What is Boot Camp?
A fitness boot camp is a 45 minute group exercise class that mixes cardiovascular and calisthenics/body weight exercises with interval and strength training. It is designed to push you harder then you'd push yourself. It will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and increase strength.

Important: There are a limited number of spots available in each "group".  Be sure to register early to hold your time.  If you register and your chosen time is already filled, we will notify you promptly.

No need to bring your own equipment, just water for yourself and a towel!
